Return and Refund Policy

We want your experience at Glossy to be incredible. Therefore, if it is necessary to exchange or return a product, we have created a policy to ensure a smooth return and refund.

Policy
All items purchased are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, complete with the product care card, invoice, and packaging, including carton box, dust bags, chain wrapped, etc. (except for returns due to damage or flaws). Failure to return the product in its original condition may result in the inability to accept the return and issue a full refund. Promotional and clearance products cannot be exchanged.
Once we receive your return and process your refund, we will notify you accordingly. Please note that we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Process
For US Domestic and International Orders:
To initiate a return, please send an email to Contact All Glow allglowus@gmail.com.
Once our team approves your return request, we will then furnish you with the return address.
Order can be return using your preferred shipping carrier at your own expense. kindly note that without tracking information, we may not be able to process your refund promptly. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise fails to meet our return requirements.

Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making the return and exchange process as smooth as possible.
